Reply To: Instant Pot Question

Thanks to a suggestion of a poster on Amazon (Mona Lisa), I bought an Rsvp Wide Rim Mesh basket Mrim8 (and broke the handles off of it with pliers. They came off easily…. (I’m disabled and only have limited use of one of my hands, so you know how really easy it is!) Even without handles the rim is wide enough to grab….. It fits perfectly in the Instant Pot Duo without the handles. It also has little feet so no need for a trivet. I use it for Laura’s Broccoli Rabe recipe and it works great…… It happens to be tall so you can fit alot. I found myself taking another of her suggestions to hold the greens away from the lid mechanism by using an inverted lid…… Very handy for making greens….I can also put other pots in it and just grab the basket by the rim and lift it out to get the pot out. I’m finding it a must have…… link
