Like Greg, but in Italy, at my local Chinese import store I found a stainless steel Dim Sum tray with removable feet that is the perfect size. Without the feet (which I must use since my husband lost one of the three feet : ] ) it looks very much like the rack/trivet that comes with the Kuhn Rikon! BTW, I asked the store owner how to lift the tray when it’s hot (there are no handles) and he showed me that you can fit a chopstick perfectly in the holes. Two chopsticks on either side, diagonally, like levers and… voila’!
However, I would not make finding this rack a big priority – of all the years I’ve been pressure cooking I think I’ve used a steamer basket in my pressure pan once! In a pinch, you can even steam things in there with 1/4 cup of water (yes the Kuhn Rikon 2.5L needs this little water) directly in the base. : )
